Your experience begins with a nice walk through the vineyard, olive grove and the vegetable garden, accompanied by Chiara or a collegue. You will then be taken to the cellar where you will feel the place where the wines come to life. The modernity of the equipment combined with the charm of the old farmhouse make it a unique and authentic experience.
The tour culminates in a guided tasting of the winery’s signature wines paired with a selection of typical products of our land. This is more than a tasting; it’s a true Tuscan experience.

Wine Lunch
Combine the beauty of winemaking with a delicious 4-course meal at Via della Stella.
Begin with a guided tour of the Cantina, where you'll visit the vineyards, olive grove, and vegetable garden alongside Chiara or a colleague. Explore the estate’s wine cellar and discover the winemaking process that gives life to our celebrated wines.
After the tour, indulge in a 4-course lunch made from fresh, local ingredients, accompanied by a tasting of the winery’s signature wines.

Cooking Class
Enjoy a cooking class given by a professional chef. Guests can actively take part in the preparation of the dishes; you will be able to write down notes about each recipe and film or photograph the various stages of the development. The course lasts about 2 and a half hours. The dishes prepared during the course will be served during the after-course lunch.
There are two different kind of classes:
The School of Pasta: three different kind of home made pasta (Gnocchi, Tagliatelle and Pici) with three different dressings and dessert preparation: €.125,00/person (€55,00 for kids under 12)
Traditional Tuscan lunch: with, 1 pasta , 1 second dish of meat and vegetables, dessert preparation: €.115,00/person (€55,00 for kids under 12)

Cooking Class + Wine Tasting Experience
Immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of Tuscany with a Cooking Class + Wine Tasting experience.
Begin your adventure with a hands-on cooking class led by a professional chef. Using fresh ingredients from the farm, you'll create a traditional Tuscan lunch. Throughout the class, you can take notes and capture the cooking process on camera, ensuring you remember each step of the recipes.
After your culinary creations are complete, we’ll take you on a guided tour of the Via della Stella winery. Stroll through our vineyard, olive grove and vegetable garden, then discover the modern cellar nestled in our charming old farmhouse. You’ll learn about the winemaking process that brings our wines to life.
Finally, relax and enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, paired with a tasting of the winery’s signature wines and a selection of local products. To complete this unforgettable experience, you’ll leave with all the recipes from the class.
